Holy guacamole!
My sister and brother in law just visited from Arizona and advised a tasty quick and easy guacamole recipe.
It will take me as much time to type it than to make it.
Here’s the recipe for 6 small serves:
* chop a small red onion
* chop a nice tomato, taking the juicy seed part out
* scoop in two ripe avocados
* squeeze in the juice of 1/4 of a lemon
* salt and pepper to taste
* secret ingredient: Raclette spice seasoning by mcCormick containing paprika!
Place in the fridge 30 min and serve chilled on a hot day with doritos or spread on crackers. Olé!
